概述

YB（YB2）系列全封闭自扇冷鼠笼式隔爆型三相异步电动机，是YB系列的更新换代产品。它具有高效、节能、起动转矩大、性能好、噪声低、振动小、可靠性高、使用维护方便等特点。功率等级和安装尺寸符合IEC标准并与YB系列电动机一致。

本系列电动机的防爆性能符合GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分:隔爆型“d”》和国际电工委员会标准IEC60079-1的规定,分别制成隔爆型ExdI、ExdⅡAT4、ExdⅢBT4,适用煤矿井下(非采掘工作面)及工厂ⅡA、ⅡB级、温度组别T1～T4组的爆炸性气体环境的危险场所.

本系列电动机的外壳防护等级为IP55

本系列电动机冷却方式为IC411

本系列电动机有以下五种基本安装结构型式:

1、B14:机座不带底脚,端盖上有凸缘(带螺孔).

2、B34:机座带底脚,端盖上有凸缘(带螺孔).

3、B3:机座带底脚,端盖无凸缘.

4、B5:机座不带底脚,端盖上有凸缘(带通孔).

5、B35:机座带底脚,端盖上有凸缘(带通孔).
